| I work at a solicitors and live in Bolton, I had 18k of debt |

| I was recommended an IVA. I had to complete the form they sent via post and return the form. I also had to send some personal documents. The IVA was sent and accepted and the staff were friendly and eager to deal with any quiries. |

| I rated them 10 out of 10 because they were great and really did alot to get my situation dealt with. |

| My circumstances changed due to financial and serious illness reasons and they were able to settle my debt early with a 1 off lump sum payment |
