| Found them to be extremely helpful, put at ease straight away, always had someone to contact. Iva accepted first time, usual modifications, no increase though to the original proposal. Rang me immediately after the meeting to tell me of the accepptance. All paperwork sent straight to me no waiting for anything, even down to the envelopes to send letters etc that came through, Went smoothly. |

| Always someone to contact with a direct number and if they were not there then they always rang back. |

| Only thing was that I had no direct contact with the IP, though I have to say I have not felt it necessary as the staff always answered questions, but I felt one short phonecall at least of introduction, might have been an improvement. |

| Other points |
| In an Iva , paying 32p in the pound, and more with overtime. Happy, stress free and at present feel it is the best decision we ever made. Not an easy decision and not to be made lightly, and hard at times on a budget, but a nice feeling to pay for the things we have, and not that feeling of how much more debt we are getting into. There is light at the end of the tunnel. |
