My circumstances:
I live in East Sussex and work as an IT Engineer. My debts were around £19,000. I dont have any children and live in rented accommodation.
My interaction with the company:
I contacted Varden Nuttall to seek advice regarding starting an IVA. I was pleased with how helpful the staff were and the advice they offered me was professional and tailored to my individual circumstances. I was surprised at how quickly my IVA was proposed and accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I was pleased with how knowledgeable and understanding the staff at Varden Nuttall were. They helped me understand my circumstances more seriously and guided me through the whole process.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was surprised at just how quick the process was from the initial contact to my creditors accepting the proposal.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I cant honestly think of a single thing that they could do to improve their service.  
Other points
Im in the process of making a full and final payment to end my IVA early.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
