My circumstances:
We are a couple living in Portsmouth and due to my partners ill health we ended up having to pay our rent etc using a credit card. We then got behind with everything and ended up £28,000 in debt.
My interaction with the company:
They listened to all the financial problems we were in and then recommended an IVA. I was talked through all the paperwork that I would need to fill in so I didnt feel worried about any of it. It was quite simple. After returning the relevant forms we received the date for our creditors meeting. Thankfully the IVA was accepted.Bridgestones contacted me as soon as it was approved.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave 10 ut of 10 for all areas because they were a really helpful company who put my mind at rest from the very first phone call. Very professional and understanding.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The speed of arranging everything.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing - totally happy. 
Other points
We are currently on the IVA. I think about a third of our debt got written off.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
