My circumstances:
I am a single parent in West Yorkshire, working part-time. I had debts of 17k with no assets.
My interaction with the company:
After visiting their website they rang me the next day and made a telephone appointment with me to speak to their Insolvency Practitioner within a few days. I was advised on the best solution for my situation (IVA) and the proposal was received by me very quickly. The IVA meeting was arranged within 4 weeks and was accepted by my creditors. The staff at the IVA Advice Bureau were very friendly and put me at ease about what had been a very worrying situation for me.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because they excelled in every aspect. They gave me unbiased advice, were very professional, responded quickly, but most of all were extremely friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was very impressed by the way they carried out the whole process from start to finish.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
None. 
Other points
I am just about to start payments with my IVA. I have learnt that I will never again rely on credit to pay for things I cannot afford. It is just not worth the worry.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
