|I rang them, they listened to my situation and recommended IVA, they posted form, I completed and returned, after some small changes the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. I found them to be friendly and helpful|
|Why I gave the ratings I did:|
|They were helpful and friendly at the outset however as the IVA has gone on I feel they are less helpful, slow to respond and sometimes unrealistic.The case officer changes too frequently. The business model they operate appears to have some significant flaws.It takes a long time to resolve a problem and I feel they operate on the basis of getting the highest return rather than what can realistically be afforded.|

|The allowances need to be realistic rather than based on the CCCS guidelines.|
|The IVA goes on. The dividend started at 26p/£ but more likely to be 50p/£ by the end.It is a struggle and feels worse than being in debt.I would have gone bankrupt if I knew at the beginning what I know now.|

|Comment: Definitely genuine, my experiences with PayPlan very similar. Very good at set up but once its up and running not so good. No particular problems but they are definitely slower to respond. Also agree with case officer change. Whenever I have contact with them I have a different case officer!|
