| My circumstances: |
| This is a joint IVA with my husband,I am a Bank Manager and my husband is a mechanic living in East Kent.A property we rent out ran into problems and wecouldnt afford the repairs and lost the rent.This meant we couldnt meet our commitments of £80k unsecured debt and £100k mtg on rental property.We have a property of our own but there is no equity in it. |

| I was referred to Varden Nuttal after being approached by Debt Release Direct after I used their website.Initially an adviser listened to the whole situation,talked through Bankruptcy,Debt Management and IVA.They recommened IVA and we agreed,they took all the information,arranged for all paperwork needed to be collected.They drafted an IVA proposal which was accepted at the crditors meeting with one change that led to the proposal being over 6 years not 5.This was because the monthly repayment we could afford was so small in relation to the debt the creditors wanted a bit more money. |

| All contact with Varden Nuttall has been professional,courteous,helpful timely and a great support.Contactable by direct line to the exact person you need,Catherine Hudson who specialises in self employed cases was unbelievably helpful,answers to all my questions or came back to me when she didnt.All paperwork was clear,our circumstances were taken fully into account and I couldnt recommend them enough. |

| IVA has been accepted with a monthly payment of £211.The dividend will be around 10% and approx £70k will be written off which will rise as we gave up our rental property to voluntary surrender and any shortfall on the mortgage will be added to the IVA |
