| My circumstances: |
| We are just an ordinary couple from liverpool.... we had a debt of 52K and no equity in our home.. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I was looking for a loan to consolidate all the debt we had ..so we only had one payment to go out ... and Varden Nuttall obviously have contact with the laon companies and they rang me .... the lady who spoke to me put the IVA idea to me and I was quite interested at first I felt a bit sceptical naturally and aske if I could discuss it with my husband .. there was no pressure she just aske me to ring her back if we decided it was for us..which is what we did after we had had agood talk about it ..<br> |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| We rate them 10 out of 10 they have been brilliant with us ..they ring us every now and then just to make sure everything is still going okay.. its nice to know your not alone with the money problems we had and that there is someone to turn to if things get tough |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| One thing which impressed us was ...we had a car on finance which they allowed us to keep paying ...unfortunately the finance company wouldnt let us extend the finance until the car was paid for .. so we let tem take it back and Varden Nuttall allowed us to get a log book loan for 6 mths on the car we already have just so my husband can get to work its only a little runaround but it does the trick. we are so grateful they allowed us to do this .. as we were really stressed about how one of us was getting to work. |

| we are in our 3rd year in an IVA with Varden Nuttall. We have learnt to live like we used in the olden days no Finance and no credit cards ....we have decided not to get another credit card every again ...what we cant afford we do without till we can and we would rather try and save for things rather than always owing for them our |
