| My circumstances: |
| We had 35k of unsecured debts, we rent our home, only one of us employed and we have two children. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I went to cab they recommended McCambridge Duffy, we phoned them, they gave us three options. We went for an IVA, we got all the information together and they sent off the proposal. They were excellent, very calm, friendly and helpful. Our IVA was accepted on 28 April. |

| I rated 10 out of 10 because they were so friendly and helped us every step of the way. |

| They were very calm and softly spoken and they werent shocked by the level of debt we had |

| We got our IVA approved, we are still in our first month. We are learning to save money and not waste it by living on a realistic budget. We pay £190 per month and we wrote off £23k |
