My circumstances:
I am a retired civil servant living in the North East of England.<br> Having stood guarantor for family members businesses the worst case scenario happened the business went down the pan and as guarantor I was held to my commitment.<br> I was to say the least at my wits end when someone recommended this company I contacted them and from day one they have been nothing but first class.<br> After two years down the line I was diagnosed with cancer which was devastating to say the least, the aggressive treatment I was given resulted in me having to stay off work meaning no income coming in.<br> I contacted Varden Nuttall explained the situation and the reply was dont worry leave it to us we will sort it,this they did.<br> The constant contact on a friendly basis to see that I am ok and not worrying about the financial situation has not only been reassuring but proves that I am just not a number.<br> This company is hard working for both parties but have not lost the personal touch so important to someone in my position.<br> Thank you

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
