My circumstances:
Civil Servant juggling a number of debts when my wife was made redundant without compensation. A number of other family problems and external catalysts resulted in 200K of unsecured borrowing between us "cascading" and our outgoings seriously exceeded my income. Virtually zero equity in property so IVA or lose the house.
My interaction with the company:
Went to Cardiff to meet IP. Regular telephone and E-Mail updates passed in both directions after meeting. Always friendly and knowledgable about my case when talking. It was as if I was their only customer !
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Felt comfortable after meeting and confident that the IVA was the best solution. Subsequent discussions / correspondence confirmed this.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Enabled me to sleep at night for the first time in a while without worrying about my financial situation 24/7 - Probably saved my marriage and enabled me to keep my home
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Id have to scrape the barrel to answer this one 
Other points
£700 per month to the IVA (increasing to c.£900 when my Army pension goes up next year) and my family and I are still in our home. One thing I did manage when I was going downhill was never to miss a mortgage payment! <br> Approx £ 150k written off against 200k of debt.<br> Lesson learned - too right ! Current account only - no loans and no more credit in this familys life (mortgage excepted). It is a shock at first but adjustment to reduced spending ability comes quite quickly.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
