| In my case, debt (of about £50k) had built up gradually over a numer of years (about 9) following a gap in employment. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I consulted widely before selecting three companies, who had received positive recommendations, to consult and compare. Each gave me their proposal, own costs and likely timescale until the creditors meeting. Of the three, I chose ClearDebt. They were by far the most professional: quick grasp of my circumstances, clear and concise answers, were polite and helpful throughout, always seemed to be willing to go the extra mile and generally seemed the most clued-up in terms of their experience and expertise, which gave me confidence that they be the best to handle my case. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| It was a good choice! They were very quick to process the IVA: no hitches, no delays. The accepted proposal was better than I had initially hoped. All 10s because I cant fault them and I want to give an honest recommendation to help others in the same predicament I found myself in. |

| The follow-up / continuing support I feel. Ive been in the IVA for three months now and I have complete confidence that I can contact them at any time over any concern I may have and know it will be dealt with promptly and efficiently. |
