My circumstances:
i am a self employed lorry driver (agency)living in manchester i had debts of £450000 which mainly was down to being misinformed and by one of the major banking groups of how to save me money etc the opposite applied in hindsight and made me $400 pound a month worse off than previosly which was ok untill the down trend in the market then they wouldnt listen or help me in any way they just increased my repayments and interest charged etc (lloyds tsb)
My interaction with the company:
i got in contact they sent an adviser out and said my bet option was an iva they were friendly helpfull and understanding then my iva was accepted at the creditors meeting
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them 10 out of 10 because they helped me get out of the mess that i was in quickly efficiently and helpful
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
they basically inproved my health by relieving the stress and worry of being in so much debt

i have had an iva now for a year and a half and am currently paying £228 a month which up to now have been coping with paying my total debt was about £450000

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
