My circumstances:
I am a nurse, and live in newcastle. I had £39,500 of debt. Mostly unsecured such as store cards and other unsecured bits<br>
My interaction with the company:
I found Carbane Insolvency through one of there adverts. I had actually seen them in a couple of magazines i get free working for the NHS. I decided to contact them and felt comfortable, as i was also the second member in my unit to contact them and take things to the next level., They called me from the form on there website and i got a quick call to take down some information. A call was then arrange at a time that better suited me to go threw what was owing in more detail, a statement of affairs. They posted it out to me along with everything else, i signed and sent it back to them. Very much recommend to anybody else.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I felt that i could trust them as i was recommend and saw them in a magazine several time. They were very nice and helpful when i needed them. I also like that they have an open office at weekend incase i have any worries.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
