| My circumstances: |
| I am a 42 living in S.Wales. I had debts in excess of £35k no property, no equity and until contacting Melanie Giles, I had little hope for clearing anything. |

| Most of the paperwork was completed then I had a face to face meeting and everything that was to take place was explained to me. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 10 because although the situation I was in had accumulated over time I felt at ease talking my problems through, part of the reason the debts amounted up was the fact I had chosen to ignore what I could and bury my head to the rest. |

| Honesty - I had been told what would happen, how things would proceed and they have dont exactly that. |

| My current circumstances are that for the first time in years my situation is no longer like a heavy weight is dragging my down. I cannot answer if an IVA will work for everyone but for me its made a world of differene..... Thanks for your help. |
