My circumstances:
I am a mariner manager and had amassed nearly £58.5k of debt
My interaction with the company:
Everything went very well, I was happy with the way I was spoken to. Everything was explained and whenever I had to leave a message, they always called me back on time.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
There was conflict of advice with my previous adviser but since the change, everything has been ok.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The interaction between myself and the staff - I was well informed and I was impressed by the reassurance.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
