My circumstances:
I am a single mother who was left in lots of debt due to a prev partner and private circs. I rang the number i was so nervous and within 1 hour my hands had stopped shaking. it took a matter of nerve wracking weeks but they sorted an acceptable payment.It has been hard but i know that some months i pay extra and it makes me feel better, the people at this company are so caring but professional at the same time which bizarrely is reassuring as i know its all above board.
My interaction with the company:
friendly<br> helpful<br> professional<br> easy to get hold of<br>
Why I gave the ratings I did:
in 4 years i have never had a problem and never had an unfriendly member of staff and with my bonuses all explained very clearly what i have to pay back
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
their professionlism. the monthly phone calls to see if you are ok.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing 100percent service 
Other points
I have learned to live within my means on MY OWN MONEY no one else comes into it.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
