My circumstances:
My debts total is £43,000.<br> <br> Im a self-employed courier from Devon.
My interaction with the company:
I got passed to them by one of my creditors (Shop Direct) while I was on debt management. They wanted to makesure I was on the right option, and at the time I clearly wasnt!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
From the moment we were reffered to them everything went so smoothly and proffesionaly.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Just the way they explained every stage of the process and explained those things that we didnt quite understand
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Lengthy period in getting IVA accepted. I dont think it was their fault because all my debts were with collection companies and they had to get lots of info from the original creditors and we had to wait on my accounts coming through, but it did take longer than expected 
Other points
Im going to save about £27k which is a great result considering I was on debt management and going nowhere with my payments not even covering the interest on my credit cards. Thanks guys

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
