My circumstances:
I was a company director in the west midlands with a lot of debt,There was very little equity in my property, I cleared as much debt as i could myself but it was not enough,I was lost as to where to turn. The IVA suited me and the whole process was smooth everything the company told me they would do they did.
My interaction with the company:
When I decided after a lot of thought to call Blair Endersby they were very professional in their manner not judging they listened and recommended the IVA. The forms arrived very soon after the initial phone call and the ball was rolling, the proposal was returned for me to proof and after a couple of minor changes the IVA meeting was held and the creditors accepted the proposal, The whole team is very efficient and helpfull and in no way judge your situation.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave the ratings I did because after dealing with another company before Blair Endersby that was intent for me to go bancrupt without any other solutions being offered.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They gave me peace of mind and a good nights sleep something I had not had for a while!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
