| From the time i made the first call, Ive received nothing but good advice. My mind was put at rest, i received plenty of reassurance and i was able to look forward. |

| Whenever Ive had a query/problem, Ive always been able to speak to my advisor. He has listened and between the two of us, we have always been able to resolve the query/problem. |

| The caring attitude from day one. I am able to share a problem because i have someone that listens. Also, i am not being judged. |

| Cannot answer this question. There is nothing i have been disappointed with - i have been more than happy with all contact. |

| 4 years into the IVA. It has given me the chance to be in a better financial position. I am able to plan for the future and it has given me a brighter outlook for the future. |
