My circumstances:
I am a teaching assistant with 15k worth of debt and 3 and half years ago,I saw advert on tv,and thought what more could I possibly lose and rang and never looked back.I was frightened and embarrassed about being in debt and the lovely gentlemen put me at my ease immediately.
My interaction with the company:
when I rang they talked through all possible solutions and they chose the one that best suited me.Poilte all way through and never judged me.Tjey sent out form I sent it back filled in and after creditors meetings I was accepted and 3 and half years later ,here I am.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I wasnt judged and they were really supportive when I was so scsred to finally tell someone about it, especially when I couldnt tell those close to me ,they were so good about my circumstance , reasurring me all the way
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
when my payments went up recently, I was worried in case I couldnt afford them.When I rang to query it, they were helpful and patient going over and over again when I got confused about why.<br>
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
There isnt anything. 
Other points
Not sure how much was written off.Have year and eight months to go .really want it to end now though

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
