My circumstances:
I am an Officer in the Army with £75K of debt: insolvency is a career stopper.
My interaction with the company:
Why I gave the ratings I did:
As a former Army Officer, Melanie instantly understood my position, was reassuring, methodical and totally professional. She was able to lead me through the process, using language and advice pitched at perfectly to reassure me; and to identify and utilise my assets to craft a successful IVA. If you are a soldier, Melanie WILL be able to help You.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Melanie was always ready to advise, often late at night, essential given current operational tempo.

Other points
I would advocate any soldier with large debt takes early advantage of the services provided by Philip Gill. Having arranged the IVA, Melanie was able to show me where I could improve longer term financial management and avoid getting into this aweful situation again.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
