My circumstances:
My husband and I had incurred debt of £32,000 after a disatrous move to Somerset where we lost all the equity and profit in our house due to credit crunch we returned to London but struggled for two years to cope with the debts left from the moves and the final crush came when I lost my job 2 days before christmas and was completely desperate at which way to turn.
My interaction with the company:
I search websites hoping for a solution and came upon Varden Nuttall gave them a ring and they immediatley set about offering us solutions which all seemed too good to be true but they actually solved every problem we had and never once made us feel that we were at fault, made wrong decisions or had been bad budget managers, they were understanding realistic and so attentive and really made us feel that at last there was light at the end of the tunnel after years of hardship loss and uphill struggle. It was we feel the best thing we have ever done.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We rated them 9 out of 10 because of the prementioned reasons and also because there after service and care and support is excellent We are called reguarly to see how things are going. We would have given 10/10 but as it is still early days We are hoping the high standards will continue.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Always phoned right on time every time they said they would.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
We are quite happy and are hard pressed to find any fault at all.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
