My circumstances:
Living in Hampshire, I had 37k of debt and a property in negative equity.
My interaction with the company:
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They were helpful, friendly and most importantly non-judgmental. I felt that they were on my side and had my best interests at heart. It was a smooth process and a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. It did take longer than the suggested 6-8 weeks but thats not really a problem as the IVA was accepted which is the main thing!

Other points
I have been accepted onto a 72 month IVA, dividend is 30p in the pound. Although things will be tight, Im just glad to have something that is binding where I pay a fixed amount each month and Im not at the mercy of credit card companies and their ever increasing interest rates. I now feel in control of my debt and not the other way round!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
