My circumstances:
I had 5 credit cards and then the credit crunch happened - I couldnt get a loan to pay them off and I also didnt get a pay rise.
My interaction with the company:
I was already in a Debt Management Plan but the IVA felt a lot better and reduced my payments by £100
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Ive had no problems!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Its been sorted so quick - none of my creditors have been on my back.

Im a lot better off now - managing fine.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
