My circumstances:
I am a office worker living in Cheshire, I have around 30K worth of debt with no equity
My interaction with the company:
I was referred to them by another company. When they listened to my situation they immediately recommended an IVA. The forms were posted out to me which I completed and had picked up by someone from their office. The IVA was accepted by my creditors after the creditors meeting. Prior to the acceptance I found the firm to be extremely friendly and helpful.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have given them 10/10 for everything as I found them to be extremely helpful, friendly, trust worthy.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They explained everything in easy to understand ways and were always very helpful and professional if i had any queries or worries.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I cannot fault them on any part of their service. 
Other points
I will finish my IVA in May. Not sure what my dividend was or how much will be written off.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
