My circumstances:
I am living in Derby with over 50k of debt and a property with around 7-10k equity
My interaction with the company:
I was recommended the company, we had discussed the options available, we discussed with Varden Nuttal and they came up with recomendations. Paperwork was issued, signed and agreed etc after a few changes the meeting was set, during the meeting there were a couple of very minor changes / amendements and then the IVA was agreed. Varden have been a very good company in all aspects of the way my case was handled, I felt very peronalised and friendly and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Due to the above I am very happy with the service offered
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the way they helped on a personalised level - not just another case to deal with.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing I feel could be done remotely differently 
Other points
I am now enjoying life without worry of debt hanging over me

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
