| I live in the Southwest working for the local council. I dont own my property. I had 23k of debt |

| I first made contact by e.mail i was contacted by the company in less than 24 hours. I discussed my situation and i was given practical and helpful information, everything was relaxed. Paperwork received promptly and a lot of telephone support given. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| The service received was excellent i was particulary impressed by the fact that if i had a question there was someone at the end of the phone to give advice and if someone arranged to phone me then they did.All the people i was directly involved were extremley supportive |

| Provided a very helpful brochure the contents were very useful and informative the servce i was given was very impressive |
