My circumstances:
I am employed and live in Shropshire , I had debts of just over 18k all with the Halifax and was paying rent
My interaction with the company:
Was with a company called One Debt on a Debt Manangement Plan whom I think where taken over by Clear Debt, I was contracted by an adviser with regards switching over to an IVA after going through my circumstances and going through everything the adviser advised to see if I could get an IVA , I sent my docs and the pack back to Clear Debt and my IVA was accepted
Why I gave the ratings I did:
the reasons I gave the ratings I did was because of the approach taken by Clear Debt and they put my mind at rest
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Basically they lowered my payment and I will be debt free in 5 years
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing 
Other points
I have learnt that I must manage my money better , the dividend was 34p in the £ and 9k was written off

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
