My circumstances:

I am a single mum that works full time and in a demanding job with responsibilities. My young boy is the apple of my eye but forever growing and demands and needs for him is forever increasing. I have for the last 7 years battling a divorce as well as adjusting to one wage income and debt. I can say that although I earned a large amount on average I had got myself in a spiral loop of debt,taking on the next credit card and loan to juggle the last bill. I had thought i could repay certain amounts within the usual six month time scale but for a period of two years found myself only paying the interests. I had got myself so low that the day my wages went in I was already in the red for the vast majority of what I had just got paid. I knew I had to take control and act on it.I had liased already with my bank and got very little support or resolution to my problem. This was with specialised people at the bank. I believe I was ill informed of advice and ended up with more interest and when I recontacted an alternative support within my bank I couldnt believe they wanted to sell me another loan!! I knew then it was time to get out. I just put into the computer, debt resolutions and came up with a whole new world of companies. I couldnt believe how vast my problem is and how simular to what everyone was saying about their cause. I must admit I didnt have a clue what I was supposed to ask or do so i did ring a couple of companies and guided my opinions on what they advised me to do. It is surprising how some say they are going to re make contact and dont , I also went on the reviews to establish what others thought. I know you are not supposed to guide purley on this but I really was alien to all this. I must say some of the reviews were correct and within a few days one got quite aggressive because I wasnt going with them.

My interaction with the company:

I believe through the positive interaction and pleasant manner in which I was greeted with I continued to gain trust with Varden Nutthall. They did exactly what they said they would. I was well looked after and explanations were made. I must say throughout I may not have understood absolutely everything but all was explained and documents to back up what was said was sent. They have took charge and care of me which had took a massive weight off me. You almost feel that something must be wrong because everything is going so well. For the first time the company has given me a chance to make changes and restructure how I deal with money. I do feel guilty about not paying all the money back and ashamed of how i got myself into so much debt, but I have to think of here and now. I do worry when you read on reviews not to go down certain routes with IVA as the companies rip you off. At present I have had no reason to think that with this company. The after care has been of a high standard. Contact made on a regular basis as much or as little needed, Documentation sent and catered for.

I had no negatives to date and highly rate the company 10 / 10

The patient and pleasant responces from each staff, the dedication and responsibilty given to me is high standard.
