My circumstances:
i am a self employed electrician living in bexhill on sea , i had around 25K of debt which had crept up over several years following my divorce and the birth of my daughter with my new partner who already had a teenage son at the time , moving to a totally new area proved hard to get established within my trade and there are few direct jobs available to gain better stability for my new family this together with child costs etc basically spiralled to a point of looking for some professional financial assistance
My interaction with the company:
i left my details on the government tax web site that i was encountering difficulty ,recieved a call within a day ,had my details assessed and discussed different options available to me ,once decided on iva a package was worked out and submitted
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i gave the rating due to how i was made to feel not like some form of outcast due to my situation , they helped me to gain a bit of my self esteem and respect back which when you constantly get final demands and threats of court etc on a daily basis makes a lot of difference

initial conversation with them was not as informative at that time about all aspects of an iva

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
