My circumstances:
i am a homemaker living in brighton i had a debt of around 16k i had no equity.
My interaction with the company:
i went on line and filled out a form then submitted it then i rang they sent out a booklet and all the details of my debts then i got a phone call to tell me the iva was approved.they were understanding and friendly.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them 10 out of 10 as i was pleased with the way they handled my case the friendlyness and if i had a problem with anything i could talk to them
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
there are so many things that impressed me friendly trustworthy kind the best.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
there was nothing that could be improved they done everything to my satisfaction. 
Other points
my circumstances have changed dramaticaly i dont have phone calls and people knocking on the door and i pay much less a month than i did i cant remember how much was written off a good bit.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
