My circumstances:
I work in Customer Service and live in St.Helens , and had around 30k of debt I also have a property that is worth just over 75k and owe just short of 45k on my mortgage so had 30k of equity
My interaction with the company:
I went on the Clear Debt website and got a phone call from adviser Mike Jordan who was very helpful we went through my finances debts income etc...after this Mike said I would be receiving a pack from Clear Debt and informed what I needed to send back , after Clear Debt had received everything from myself they arranged to meet my creditors and my IVA was granted
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Informing what was going on all the time
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Everyone understanding and helpful
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I didnot really like the yellow envelope can it changed to white

Stay on the ball with finances , dont let credit take control I had 15k written off

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
