My circumstances:
I am a Rig Electrician living in Northern Ireland I had debts of 62k of debts I have a property with no equity in it
My interaction with the company:
I went on a search for IVA and also looked at Comparison websites and Clear Debt looked like a good option cause of what was said by other customers, I left my details on there website and was contacted and went through a factfinder with an adviser and a pack was sent to me to which I returned they was a slight delay cause of my job to which the company where understanding about, My IVA was accepted this week which was great news
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The way it was was dealt with , no mistakes
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Cause of the knowledge and the helpfulness of the staff
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
None 
Other points
I kept my house and job and what I would say only spend what you can afford ,the Divended was around 50p in the £ and 20k will be written off

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
