| I am a Customer Service Rep. I live in rented accomodation with my partner in Halesowen. I am 33 no kids I owe £26thousand |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I saw their advert on TV and made my IVA application online. They called me and asked for more information. They asked me for evidence of everything. I had a meeting with an IP close where I work and then there was a creditors meeting. I wasnt there but it was approved and Cleardebt kept me informed at all times. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 10 out of 10 as they werent pushey. Instead they were sympathetic and kind. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| They had arranged insurance for my payments if i go on the sick of if I lose my job |

| They dont take debit cards for payments |

| I have learned to be a lot more responsible with my money. my dividend is 83p |
