My circumstances:
Husband held most of the debt,loan& credit cards,bank over draft. I had a small credit card & small catalogue.level of debt came as a shock,hed been trying to "manage" robbing Peter to pay Paul as drop in income forced over use of c cards.
My interaction with the company:
Very professional& easy to talk to.We felt ashamed& embarrassed,they put us at ease&made us feel they could help us find a solution to the mess we were in. One off Full&Final settlement made with help from my parents(weve got to re pay them)as,shock horror, we were told my husbands wage is dipping too low to do the normal 5/6 yr IVA,our only alternative would be BR. Im disabled with a neuro condition so income very limited.<br> we found them helpful and supportive at this very stressful time,in particular Tina who was very patient when i was so emotional& frightened.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
A professional service, friendly and approachable at all times. Our IP Mel Giles did very well to get this through for us,a true star!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Mel Giles got this IVA accepted, fantastic!
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing,they did a good job for us,Thanks to you all x

We cant afford credit cards!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
