|I am married with 3 children, living with my husband in Bedfordshire and I work part time. Between myself & my husband we had over 60k of debt which we had got ourselves into by trying to sort loans, credit cards out etc by taking out further loans. Our financial situation was in a mess and we realised that we needed help with it.|
|My interaction with the company:|
|We originally received advice and decided to do a debt management scheme and after successfully doing thatfor over 12 months we made the decision to switch to an IVA. The company that we had our debt management through passed our details onto Varden Nuttall. I was sceptical at first as I was used to dealing with and receving excellent service from our original company however I need not of worried as everything ran smoothly. I was contacted by Varden Nuttall and they handled EVERTHING for me, keeping in regular contact and explaining everything along the way. Since our IVA was accepted they have continued to keep in contact with me to ensure that the IVA is all going ok.|
|Why I gave the ratings I did:|
|I rate them 9 out of 10 because of the care and attention that we recieved whilst the IVA was being set up and for the continued service that we are still receiving.|
|One thing they did - which really impressed me:|
|Both myself and my husband have been particularly impressed with the fact that they regularly call us to ensure that everything is running smoothly and they did not just file us away.|

|None at the moment however we are only 5 months into our IVA|
