My circumstances:
we owned our home which was constantly needing repairs,we got into debt trying to sort out,we were also stupid enougth to help out family members and friends who then let us down,we just went from 1 bad encounter to another,we had no choice.
My interaction with the company:
i phoned up the company the woman on the phone was lovely,i could not fault her,she told me 1 way or another they would help me,to stop me worrying and that was the 1st time i stopped worrying in along time
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i gave them 10 out of 10 for making me feel like there was a light at the end of the tunnel.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the person i spoke to on the phone
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
dont think anything could be improved 
Other points
after starting iva my husband had a stroke,we had to leave our house and be put into homeless,which was also alot of stress taken off us as we no longer have the worry of the house,he is back in work now and we are now starting to rebuild our lives,we have learnt to look after ourselves and not to worry about others so much,we owed approx 43,000 and about 18,000 was written off.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
