My circumstances:
i am a public sector worker and after a messy divorce i was left with nowt so had 2 start all over again buyin furniture etc (drinking & gambling) before i knew it i had run up debts of nearly £25k not good my wages where wiped out each month on repayments had 2 do something about it
My interaction with the company:
i first rang a guy at nuttals (cant rememder his name)but he was very freindly asked a few basic questions and he started the ball rollin 2-3 weeks later i had an interveiw with nuttals told them where all the money had gone they were very understanding & not judgemental they recommended an iva explained what was involved the paper work was posted to me i returned it the iva was accepted by the creditors thanyou varden nuttals for all your hard work very very freindly people all the way 2 the end.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i have rated 10 out 10 because of the way everything was handled it all went so smoothly always kept in touch to make sure everything was ok which it was thanks to the team at varden nuttals your a credit to the company once again thankyou very much 10 OUT OF 10
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
they got my life back on track cause havin so much debt was very stressfull
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing everything was spot on 
Other points
current circumstances are great no more stress over money i learnt that debt is to easy to get into & so hard to get out of and stressfull (BELIVE ME IT WON"T HAPPEN AGAIN BELEAVE ME)

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
