My circumstances:
My husband and I live in Reading. Being newcomers to the UK a few years ago, we unfortunately didnt realise what problems we would have with unsecured loans! We ended up with a debt of approximately £26000
My interaction with the company:
I initially called a company that had been advertising on TV and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who eventually put us in touch with Varden Nuttals. Our situation was assessed on the telephone and we duly received forms for completion. Our IVA was accepted and we agreed on an affordable monthly payment
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We rated them 9 out of 10. Not has their service been very good, but they do routine follow ups and always have a pleasant telephone disposition. I can recommend discussing any problems with Lucy as she is extremely good at what she does. Thank you!!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
One year I desperately needed new glasses (as I wear them permanently) and I was allowed a months reprieve.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
We werent happy about receiving a letter over the festive season reminding us that we had creditors to pay - it was almost like telling us to ignore Christmas 
Other points
We are just about finished paying off our IVA and feel that a huge burden has been lifted off our shoulders. In the current economic climate the last thing we want is the extra worry of debts. The extra income after the IVA is totally paid off will go towards a well deserved holiday (finally!!)

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
