My circumstances:
I am single police officer I had 74K worth of debt, I have 7 credit cards with an average of 7k worth of debt on each. In addition I have 4 store cards with 4K worth of debt
My interaction with the company:
while browsing the internet I logged on and filled out my finacial details, a lady then called me and was very friendly, and sent me a pack in the post which she talked me through as I filled it in. the initial lady was very nice and then passed me onto a colleague
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I initially had a male debt advisor who I did not feel comfortable talking to, as he was quite a young male. I then dealt with a lady called Cheryl who was fabulous, I wish everyone could be as kind as her
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Before I met the insovlancy practitioner I thought this was going to be the worst moment of my life, but he was suprisingly kind and approachable, he could tell I was nervous and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me. He even went over stuff I thought i knew but didnt
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
the insolvancy advisor could have been brad pitt! 
Other points
my dividends was 45p in the pound meaning I was paying £699 a month writing off 32k worth of debt

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
