| i live in nw london and got myself in lots of trouble, i had nowhere to turn to.amazingly a credit card call centr worker advised me to phone the consumer credit service. |

| i first had a meeting in london and all options were put to me.i chose an iva as my best option,i wanted to pay as much as i could.i can,thank debt lifeboat enough without their help god only knows whre i would be now. |
