| I was a licencee with accumulated debt of £100K, I had no property. |

| I approached a debt management company through the internet and was eventually referred this company. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I felt that they showed empathy and were very knowledgable and kept in regular contact with me throughout the process. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| When I had to take semi-retirement and my income dropped dramatically they re-negotiated my payments to keep them manageable. |

| Other points |
| I am fully retired and have just completed my IVA. It has been a struggle sometimes but I would never have been able to manage it without the help I have had. I would advise anyone to go direct to an IVA Company as going through a debt management Company cost me £12,500 which I could not afford. |
