My circumstances:
Without me realising it, I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. 12-18 months prior to that, I had taken out some sizeable loans and consildated others - this put me in the situation I was in.
My interaction with the company:
ClearDebt explained with great clarity the process and through their intervention with the creditors, 5 years down the line, Im now debt free and in the right state of mind.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Because the professional services of ClearDebt were exemplary, non judgemental and whilst I understand the staff at ClearDebt have to be impartial, I felt on key occassions you were supportive and on the side of the client.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
So many things - the support around the yearly reviews and the help enabling me to maintain more money than I had prehaps anticipated.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
When you were based in Central Manchester, I had difficulty finding the office, but I understand youve moved now. 
Other points
IVA is now accepted. A sense of relief - after going through this process I dont intend to take out loans or credit cards again.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
