My circumstances:
liveing at home with parents had a few loans and credit cards easy to pay as i was liveing at home then got engaged and was buying stuff to move in wuth my fiancee ie washing machine tumble dryer and everything else then bought a new car too but then the debts were getting bigger my fiancee left me so that left me paying the car household things that we had bought and that put me in to 60k worth of debt that went out of control as i couldnt pay it!!
My interaction with the company:
went through a company that put me in touch with varden nuttall they spoke to me sent forms in the post which were completed and returned an iva meeting was arranged and was accepted im not good with paperwork but they helped me and was vey helpful all the way through this
Why I gave the ratings I did:
im giveing this company and workers 10 out of 10 the people who dealt with me were fantastic they got me paying a manageable amount per month helpful friendly fantastic company easy to talk to
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
when varden nuttell rang me up on the 1st of november 2010 to say that my iva had been accepted all of them fantastic work thankyou
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
everything to me was absolutely spot on  
Other points
im liveing a much better standard of life now thanks to my iva,iv learnt to control money and only spend what i have!! i had roughly 25k written off

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
