| I am a branch manager, living in Swindon, i had £34k of debt and was trying hard to pay of my debt with no help from any of the banks |

| I first rang a company call debt relief direct, who start the Iva off, how then passed me over to Varden Nuttal, who where really helpful |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I felt along with my wife that Varden Nuttall where very good, they explained everything and help you understand what was going on with the Iva |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| Our Form got lost in the post so Mrs Tina ONeil who works for Varden Nuttall sent us the form again, but with a special deliver parcel inside so it would get back to them very quickly (i was very impressed) |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| Not much cos my whole experience with Varden Nuttall was very good |
