My circumstances:
I am a PA living in the North West and had built up over £60k of debt on peronal loans, credit cards, store cards etc. I have no assets.
My interaction with the company:
I contacted through the DebtGp website and Tess Whitney called me back that evening. She talked me through the options available to me and recommended IVA. From this point the whole process ran professionally and smoothly, my e-mails, telephone queries were answered immediately and I could not have asked for any more. After one slight amendement prior to the creditors meeting the IVA was accepted and I was informed of this within 20 minutes of the meeting - fantastic.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
There is not one thing they could have improved upon - the service and the support I have received from them has been outstanding.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Tess, Mark and Fariba were so understanding, they made me realise that I was not the only person in this situation and that there was help and support available to me. I was reassured constantly by their efficiency and support and they really helped me through a very stressful situation.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
<br> Absolutely nothing could have been improved. 
Other points
I feel an almightly sense of relief at having the IVA approved - to me this means I can now move forward and live a much happier and less stressful life and be debt free in 60 months. The situation I have ended up in has made me realise that I have to start living within my means and be less materialistic - one thing I do know is that I will NEVER allow myself to get into debt again.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
