My circumstances:
Single parent, teaching but only on a supply basis....unable to meet credit card/loan repayments.
My interaction with the company:
Initial phone call, options explained, proposal drafted, and eventually accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Excellent response, my case was not the clearest, I had not kept accurate records and I did not have all the information to hand....they dealt with me efficiently.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
contact, customer service.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

IVA in process.I will not take on any further credit, although this was initially due to circumstances.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
