My circumstances:
I was an engineer in a highly paid job when I was made redundant. I had 150K debt and a property with some equity<br> I subsequently obtained a position as an HGV Class II with a local company but with a much reduced wage
My interaction with the company:
I contacted Budsworth & Co and Liam was most helpful and I was soon able to steer me through the system. After one or two alterations my IVA was accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rate them very highly. I have had excellent service and when I had a problem with a big bill for my car they adjusted my payment schedule.<br> If it was not for all the help I have received from Liam, Helen , Fiona and Joanne I would have been in a terrible position. I am glad that I contacted them
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Immediate response to the problem that I had with my cars MOT and the high cost
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
 
Other points
I am still working but now as a Class I HGV.<br> I am now into my second year of my IVA. Although my spending power has been greatly reduced I am glad that I no longer have any credit cards and I do not spend on just anything that I fancy but restrict myself to what is essential. <br> I was an idiot to think that I could carry on spending the way I was <br>

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
