My circumstances:
I am a 35 year old single woman living in rented accommodation and had just under £27k worth of unsecured debt.
My interaction with the company:
I filled out an online form to see if I was elligible for an IVA and they called me to discuss this the next day. After providing all the paperwork relating to my oustanding debts, they had put together an IVA propsal after approx 8 weeks and my creditors meeting went ahead today and my IVA was accepted. The whole process was just under 3 months from start to finish.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I found the staff at the IVA Bureau to be very friendly, very experienced in their field and I felt that I was in good hands. They were always on hand to answer my questions and I am glad that I chose them.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Melanie Giles my IP was availble to speak to me on a Saturday which was far more convenient for<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
